Plan your transport before the day so you can settle in and enjoy the festival.

Five return bus routes are available. Check the route, pickup location and departure time that suit you, then book your bus ticket.

Parking around the reserve is limited. Allow extra travel time, respect local residents and follow event traffic instructions.

Plan your trip home too. Arrange your return bus, designated driver or pickup before arriving.

A little preparation

Pack for a day by the coast.

Bring with you.

  • Your ticket and valid photo ID.
  • An empty reusable water bottle.
  • A hat, sunscreen and a warm layer.
  • Comfortable shoes for grass and uneven ground.
  • A rain poncho if the forecast calls for it.
  • A small picnic rug or low beach chair.
  • A small bag no larger than A4.

Leave at home.

  • BYO alcohol and glass containers.
  • Eskies, picnic baskets, trolleys and carts.
  • Tall camping chairs and umbrellas.
  • Large bags and backpacks.
  • Weapons, fireworks and illicit substances.
  • Professional recording equipment without approval.

No pass-outs. Once you leave the festival site, you cannot re-enter. Bring what you need for the day.

Food vendors will be available on site. You’re also welcome to bring your own food to Lighthouse Festival 2026.

Pack within the small-bag allowance. Glass, eskies and picnic baskets are not permitted.

Festival bars will serve drinks throughout the day. BYO alcohol is not permitted.

Bring an empty reusable water bottle for the free refill stations. Have your card or phone ready for purchases at the festival.

Getting around.

The reserve has wheelchair access and accessible toilets. It is an outdoor site with grass and uneven ground.

Accessible parking is limited and must be arranged in advance. Contact us before the event to discuss your access needs.

Before you arrive

A few quick answers.

Is Lighthouse Festival strictly 18+?

Yes. Every attendee must be 18 or over and bring valid photo ID. Under-18s cannot attend.

What time does the festival start and finish?

Gates open at 1:00 pm on Saturday 7 November 2026. The festival finishes at 9:30 pm.

What do I need at the gate?

Have your valid ticket barcode and photo ID ready. Save your ticket on your phone before arriving and turn up your screen brightness for scanning.

If you booked the four-person Double Date ticket, all four guests need to enter together using the group’s single barcode.

Can I leave and come back?

No. There are no pass-outs. Once you exit the festival site, re-entry is not permitted.

Can I bring food and drinks?

You can bring your own food for 2026. BYO alcohol is not allowed. Bring your reusable water bottle empty and refill it on site.

Glass, eskies and picnic baskets are not permitted. Food must fit within the small-bag allowance.

Can I bring a chair or picnic rug?

Small picnic rugs and low sling or short beach chairs are welcome. Tall camping chairs are not permitted. Follow staff directions about where to set up.
