Lighthouse Festival 2026
Effective from July 2026
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, you agree to comply with all the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below, as well as any instructions from event staff, security, or emergency services.
EVENT DETAILS
- Date: Saturday 7 November 2026
- Venue: Norah Head Lighthouse Reserve, Bush St, Norah Head NSW 2263
- Times: Gates open 1:00 PM, event concludes 9:30 PM
AGE & ID REQUIREMENTS
- Lighthouse Festival is a strictly 18+ event.
- Valid photo ID is required for all patrons. Accepted forms of ID include:
- Driver’s licence (physical or digital)
- Passport
- Government-issued proof of age card
- No refunds will be given for invalid ID or underage entry attempts.
TICKETING & ENTRY
- Entry is permitted only with a valid, barcoded ticket issued by the official ticketing provider.
- No pass-outs: Once you exit the festival site, re-entry is not permitted.
- Tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Tickets purchased through unauthorised channels (e.g., scalpers, non-official resale pages) may be cancelled and entry refused.
- Lost or damaged tickets and wristbands will not be replaced.
BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY
- The event has a zero-tolerance policy for anti-social, aggressive, or intimidating behaviour.
- Anyone displaying signs of intoxication or substance abuse will be refused entry or removed from the site without refund.
- Security, RSA officers, police, and medical personnel are present to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Please treat all event staff with respect and follow their instructions at all times.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
You may not bring the following into the event:
- Alcohol or illicit substances
- Eskies, picnic baskets, trolleys or carts
- Glass of any kind
- No outside food
- Professional cameras, video, or audio recording devices
- Tall camping chairs (only low-sling or short beach chairs permitted)
- Bags larger than A4 size (30cm x 20cm)
- Umbrellas (bring a poncho instead)
- Fireworks, flares, or any explosives
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Musical instruments or portable sound systems
- Animals (except approved assistance animals)
PERMITTED ITEMS
You may bring:
- A small picnic rug
- Low sling or short beach chair
- Empty reusable water bottle (must be empty at entry)
- Hat, sunscreen, appropriate clothing and footwear
- Small bag under A4 size
- Valid ID
FOOD & DRINK
- A wide variety of food vendors will be available, with options for gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary needs.
- No BYO alcohol or food.
- Water refill stations will be located throughout the site.
- Bars will serve beer, cider, wine, and soft drinks.
- PayWave available at all food, beverage, and merchandise outlets. No cash-out or ATMs on site.
ACCESSIBILITY
- The site includes wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
- A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available near the venue (must be booked in advance).
- Companion Card holders may request free entry for their companion via our team in advance.
MEDICAL & FIRST AID
- First Aid and medical teams will be available on site.
- If you or someone around you is feeling unwell or at risk, seek help immediately from security or First Aid staff.
WEATHER & ENVIRONMENT
- Lighthouse Festival is an outdoor, all-weather event.
- Bring appropriate clothing for rain, heat, or wind.
- The site includes uneven surfaces — wear suitable footwear.
- The event will not be cancelled due to weather unless deemed unsafe under force majeure conditions.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
- By attending the event, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional and archival purposes.
- Personal cameras and phones are welcome, but professional equipment requires prior approval.
- Unauthorised recordings may be deleted or confiscated.
RISK & LIABILITY
- Entry to the event is at your own risk.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained on site, except as required by law.
- You agree to indemnify the Promoter for any loss or damage you cause due to negligence or breach of these terms.
EMERGENCIES
- In the event of an evacuation or emergency, follow all instructions from emergency services and event staff.
- Locate exits and First Aid zones upon arrival.
