Conditions of entry.
Please read these conditions before purchasing your ticket and attending the festival.

By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, you agree to comply with these conditions and instructions from event staff, security and emergency services.
1. Event details
- Event: Lighthouse Festival 2026.
- Date: Saturday 7 November 2026.
- Venue: Norah Head Lighthouse Reserve, Bush Street, Norah Head NSW 2263.
- Gates open: 1:00 pm.
- Event finishes: 9:30 pm.
2. Age & identification
- Lighthouse Festival is strictly 18+. Under-18s cannot attend.
- Every attendee must present valid photo ID.
- Accepted ID includes a driver licence, physical or digital, passport or government-issued proof-of-age card.
- No refunds will be given for invalid ID or underage entry attempts, except where required by law.
3. Tickets & entry
- Entry requires a valid barcoded ticket issued through the official ticketing provider.
- Tickets must be purchased online before arrival. There is no box office on site.
- Individual admission tickets provide the entry stated on the ticket. Copied or previously used barcodes do not provide additional admission.
- The four-person Double Date ticket provides four general admission entries using one barcode. All four guests must arrive and enter together. Each guest must meet the age and ID requirements.
- No pass-outs: once you leave the festival site, re-entry is not permitted.
- All patrons and bags are subject to search.
- Tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Tickets purchased through unauthorised channels may be cancelled and entry refused.
- Lost or damaged tickets and wristbands will not be replaced, except where required by law.

4. Behaviour & safety
- The event has a zero-tolerance policy for anti-social, aggressive or intimidating behaviour.
- Anyone displaying signs of intoxication or substance abuse will be refused entry or removed from the site without refund, except where required by law.
- Illicit substances are prohibited.
- Security, RSA staff, police and medical personnel are present to support a safe event.
- Treat staff and other attendees with respect and follow staff instructions at all times.
5. Prohibited items
You may not bring the following into the event:
- BYO alcohol or illicit substances.
- Eskies, picnic baskets, trolleys or carts.
- Glass of any kind or metal cutlery.
- Professional cameras or video and audio recording equipment without prior approval.
- Drones without prior approval.
- Tall or standard camping chairs.
- Bags larger than A4, approximately 30 × 20 cm.
- Umbrellas or shade structures.
- Fireworks, flares or explosives.
- Weapons or sharp objects.
- Musical instruments or portable sound systems.
- Pets. Assistance animals are excepted.
- Other items deemed dangerous by security.
6. Permitted items
- Your own food, packed within the permitted bag allowance.
- A small picnic rug up to 1.5 m × 1.5 m.
- A low sling or short beach chair with a seat height of 25 cm or less, used in designated chair areas.
- An empty reusable water bottle. It must be empty when you enter.
- A hat, sunscreen, suitable clothing and footwear.
- A rain poncho.
- A small bag no larger than A4, approximately 30 × 20 cm.
- Your ticket and valid photo ID.
Outside food is allowed for 2026. Glass, metal cutlery, eskies and picnic baskets remain prohibited.
7. Food, drinks & payments
- Food vendors will be available, including options for gluten-free, vegan and other dietary needs. Check ingredients and preparation directly with the vendor before ordering.
- Attendees may bring their own food, subject to the bag and prohibited-item rules above.
- BYO alcohol is not permitted.
- Free water refill stations will be available throughout the site.
- Bars will serve beer, cider, wine and soft drinks.
- Food, beverage and merchandise outlets are card-only, with contactless payment available.
- No cash-out facilities or ATMs are available on site.
8. Accessibility
- The site includes wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
- The reserve includes grass and uneven ground.
- Accessible parking spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
- Companion Card holders may request free entry for their companion through the festival team in advance.
9. Medical assistance & First Aid
- First Aid and medical teams will be available on site.
- If you or someone nearby feels unwell or at risk, seek help immediately from security, event staff or First Aid.
- If vehicle access is needed for medical reasons, speak to the Duty Manager at the gate about a supervised arrangement.
10. Weather & environment
- Lighthouse Festival is an outdoor, all-weather event.
- Prepare for rain, heat and wind. Bring suitable clothing, sun protection and a rain poncho.
- The site includes uneven surfaces. Wear suitable footwear.
- The event proceeds in wet weather unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
11. Photography & filming
- By attending the event, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional and archival purposes.
- Personal cameras and phones are welcome. Professional equipment requires prior approval.
- Unauthorised recordings may be deleted or confiscated, subject to applicable law.
12. Risk & liability
- Entry to the event is at your own risk.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained on site, except as required by law.
- You agree to indemnify the Promoter for any loss or damage you cause due to negligence or breach of these terms.
Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
13. Emergencies
- In an emergency or evacuation, follow instructions from emergency services, security and event staff.
- Locate exits and First Aid areas when you arrive.
